Make your last day of Fall count while gearing up for Winter

Celebrate the change of seasons with the Fall Into Winter 48 Hour Challenge!

Enter all December 20th activity, the last full day of fall, and December 21st activity, the start of winter.

If not already, please sign up for December’s Gift of Health, and set your 48 hour mileage goal; or put in your activity mileage goal for the whole month, as you can enter all activity accomplished as of the 1st.

The  Winter Solstice arrives on Wednesday 21, 2022, at 4:47 P.M. EST in the Northern Hemisphere. So start a workout on December 21st at say 4:30 PM EST and exercise to 5:00 PM EST.
