HealthCode and the National Fitness Foundation (NFF) invite you, your family/group, organization, or school to participate in the Marathon in a Month virtual activity challenge!

Marathon in a Month is an October personal challenge to complete 26.2 miles (marathon) or 50 miles (ultra-marathon) or 100 miles (ultra-ultra-marathon) of walking, running, swimming, biking, or other movement throughout the month.

Whether an individual, family or large corporation, HealthCode offers simple, fun, and free ways to get your community physically active and help create a culture of health and wellness.

INDIVIDUAL

Use the monthly events to help support your personal goal to get moving and stay active. Registration includes a printable race bib, private personal profile page, including activity tracking tools. There are no required fees. Your optional registration donation is tax-deductible and helps to ensure free access to Healthcode resources for all.

Professional athletes including Olympians and Paralympians created fitness videos to be used by children as a part of their #FreePE workout plan. The videos focus on aerobic and strength training exercises that can be done with little or no equipment!
